If you printed a voucher by mistake then you can request the Help Desk to check and Reverse the voucher for you.
The voucher will remain active and you are responsible for keeping the Pin hidden and destroyed after the voucher has been refunded.
Please do not sell the voucher after requesting a Reversal!
